HOUSE RULES & CONDITIONS

1. Check-in is from 15:00, check-out is at 11:00 at the latest. Earlier check-in or later check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleanings are liable for all resulting costs and expenses. Access from check-in time is possible by code until midnight. Our service hours for all questions are from 10 am to 10 pm.

2. Guests are not allowed to make reservations within their residence with us. Please contact us if you want to make a reservation in your own place of residence.

3. Guests have to treat the apartment and its inventory with care. Guests are obliged to observe the house rules. From 21.00 o'clock to 8.00 o'clock the night rest is valid. During this time, special consideration for fellow residents and neighbors is required. TV and audio equipment must be set to room volume.

4. For the duration of the vacation apartment guests are obliged to keep windows and doors closed when leaving the vacation apartment, to set all radiators to a low level and to switch off lights and technical devices. In addition, guests are obliged to act ecologically and e.g. turn off unused running water.

5. Smoking, parties and excessive noise are not permitted, not even on balconies or in communal areas (e.g. corridors). Violations of the smoking ban and night-time quiet will result in a fee of €350 per guest plus the cost of special cleaning, damage repair or deployment of the security service.

6. Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

7. Guests exceeding the number stated in the reservation are not permitted. We will charge the price paid per person, but at least 40€ per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest.

8. animals are not allowed. Violations of our animal policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with assistance animals are requested to contact us prior to their stay.

9. Guests are responsible for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, tags or parking passes.

10. Noise measurement technology may be used inside the apartment to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be used in outdoor and common areas.

11. The installation and/or attachment of materials for decoration or similar is not allowed in the apartment. Guests are solely liable for any decoration or the like that is nevertheless installed and/or attached and indemnifies the provider from third party claims. He is also obliged to compensate for damages caused by the installation or attachment of decorations or the like.

12. The use of the internet is allowed as far as it does not violate the legal regulations. Criminal acts (especially illegal downloads, page views) will be reported and prosecuted. The guest is solely liable for any illegal use of the Internet.

13. The booking person and, if necessary, substitute the main guest registered is fully and solely responsible and liable for any damage or loss in the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service.

14. The provider has a right of access to the apartment, especially in case of imminent danger. When exercising the right of access, the guest's interests worthy of protection shall be given due consideration. The provider will inform the guests about the exercise of the right of access in advance, unless this is not reasonable or impossible under the circumstances of the individual case.

15. Guests are obliged to fill in the online check-in form completely and truthfully and to carry out an identity check before entering the apartment. For verification of the data, the presentation of a passport or identity card is required. The provider reserves the right to cancel the reservation in case of untrue data. Guests are liable for all resulting costs, expenses and cancellation fees in this case.

16. We do not allow open fire or candles. Any alarm caused by open fire, candles or even smoking may be subject to a penalty fee of 350€.

17. By booking a reservation guests agree to abide by the house rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any related damages, fees, costs or expenses. Violation of the house rules may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction without refund.

18. Air-conditioning: If there is air-conditioning in the apartment, guests are obliged to use it wisely, paying attention to the ecological use of energy. Incorrect use may result in additional costs, which may be charged.

19. Guests are obliged to respect the neighbors and avoid noise or disturbance. If neighbors feel disturbed by noise or other disturbances, or if guests ring the doorbell inappropriately, we reserve the right to terminate the lease without notice.

20. We ask you to take off your shoes in the entrance area.
